He has helped us more than once to purchase and sell our house, and was excellent to work with for both sides of the deal. He was able to answer all the questions we had, help write the best offer to get us in the home we wanted, and was able to negotiate to get us the best value possible. In the process of this relocation, our family was moved from Wisconsin to Texas. You can imagine the stress that comes along with buying a home, out of the state. Along with the obstacle that I was 8 months pregnant at the time and could not travel to see homes. He is always available to answer questions at anytime of the day. He was with us all the way and always had good recommendations/referrals when we needed other services during the process.

She is knowledgeable with everything real estate-the DFW areas and real estate sale/processes. She is prompt in responding to all our questions and was very helpful when it came to negotiating our home purchase. She is very thorough as well - she guided us through closing and did a walk through our "new" home with us (with suggestions for improvement/renovation considerations), complete with a small housewarming present!
